Central Pennsylvania Mediation Law AttorneyCan you resolve legal disputes without the cost, time, and stress that come with a trip to court? Yes, you can. Mediation is the answer. This form of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) is dedicated to helping people address their legal disputes without the challenges that come with a courtroom battle. It can work for you. To find out whether mediation can help you resolve your dispute, e-mail The Law Firm of Susan Kay Candiello or call 717-724-2278 or call for a consultation with counselor at law, Susan Kay Candiello. As a family law attorney I bring more than 15 years of legal experience to every case I handle. I am available to work with people throughout Central Pennsylvania, including Dauphin County, Cumberland County, York County, Lancaster County, Lebanon County, Perry County, Juniata County, and Mifflin County. I am a strong believer in the value of mediation. Mediation does not just resolve legal conflicts, but perhaps more importantly it can preserve important business, family, and other relationships. Mediation works because the parties learn to communicate with each other and reach an agreement which they all can agree to. Each person has a hand in the outcome, rather than simply allowing a judge to make a decision that may not benefit any party. In addition to helping maintain relationships, mediation offers privacy, mediation is not a matter of public record, as is a public trial. Mediation does not depend on the availability of courtrooms, judges, and jurors; thus the process can be completed in less time. Because of all these things and more, Mediation improves your life and reduces stress, which is what we all need in our lives today. I offer the following mediation services:
My experience in mediation has led to recognition on a state level. The governor appointed me as a member of a joint task force on alternative dispute resolution (ADR). In this capacity, I am working to look at all areas in the state which could benefit from mediation as an option to resolve a wide range of legal disputes. My belief in the value of mediation is strong because I have seen it work firsthand time after time. More people are realizing they do not want to waste their time and money in court only to get a judgment that may not work for either side. People want to be involved in making the right outcome happen for them. For more information on mediation, contact me at 717-724-2278. |
